For chocolate, I have found I am only able to eat Chocolove organic 73% dark chocolate (none of their others, though). I wanted to share that with other chocolate lovers. I have tried everything else I could find that looked safe & was unable to eat it without getting sick.
FoodFacts website can be helpful, also for avoiding corn - don't go by ratings, look at the ingredient lists.
Blessings in this journey!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37487446.post-15669464584743057932014-06-17T22:35:39.911-05:002014-06-17T22:35:39.911-05:00I noticed the Elyon Marshmallows on the Corn-Free ...I noticed the Elyon Marshmallows on the Corn-Free List. I could not find the Elyon website but did find a list of ingredients for the Elyon mini marshmallows at: http://www.glutenfree.us/ShopOnline/ELN/520.html which indicates that "corn or tapioca starch" is an ingredient. Does anyone know if corn starch is used in this product? Should this product be removed from the Corn-Free list?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37487446.post-46736003029536718722013-12-07T14:59:09.150-06:002013-12-07T14:59:09.150-06:00Is the WholeFoods brand organic cane sugar safe, o...Is the WholeFoods brand organic cane sugar safe, or only their powdered sugar?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13249900043934997180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37487446.post-82608699134273205412013-11-01T20:24:57.621-05:002013-11-01T20:24:57.621-05:00What type of Alavert is corn free? the one I found...What type of Alavert is corn free? the one I found has corn syrup and other corn derivatives.
