St. Claire's is Saintly

Recent update in the Delphi avoiding corn forum:  St. Claires Tarts have added ascorbic acid to their formulation.  However, after hearing the plight of the uncorny, they have secured a corn free source of ascorbic cid and will incorporate it into their products beginning Jan 1st.  They expect old stock to be gone by Feb 1st.

So, if you're avoiding corn and seeking some sweets, look forSt Claire's tarts without the ascorbic acid.  Or wait for some that were produced after Jan. 1st, 2010.

I'd also reccomend contacting the company to thank them for continuing to provide safe sweets for us uncornies.
