Miller Coors Products Contain Corn

Per a company correspondence posted on Delphi - Avoiding Corn, products produced by MillerCoors will contain corn.

"Corn Syrup is utilized (fermented) by the yeast to produce alcohol and C02. It does not add any more to the carbohydrates of the product as the syrup is converted to alcohol.

Corn Syrup is one of the ingredients in MillerCoors products. Corn syrup is fermented by the yeast to produce alcohol and CO2. It does not add any more to the carbohydrates than does corn grits (which Miller used in the past) as the syrup is converted to alcohol."

Do make sure to avoid any and all of their products for your corn allergenic safety.
