Since we all have different sensitivities, this should be considered a guide rather than a guarantee of corn-free status. This list is always changing as manufacturers are constantly changing their formulas. If you do have a reaction to any of these products, do let us know.

For those who can tolerate gluten, but not corn, Mi Casa flour tortillas have been confirmed corn free by a member of the Delphi forums. At this time, the Datem and monoglycerides are derived from Soy.
I'm allergic to corn and soy & egg whites-I've found that Mi Mammas are the only tortillas I can buy without both,unless I'm missing a hidden corn ingredient.Haven't had a problem though. Heidi Black-Yes I want my name known on this crusade.
