Giambri's Peppermint Candy Canes

A post on Delphi-forums detailing an inquiry into Giambri's Peppermint Candy Canes has company confirmation that these should be corn-free.

No corn starch, corn syrup, citric acid, ascorbic acid, etc.
The food dyes do have glycerin, but it is sourced from palm.
The peppermint is a pure essential oil.

Another poster also inquired into these, and found they are processed on the same lines as corn syrup based candies.

While no one has tested these yet. Orders have been placed for these, and will update if we hear of any problems.

PS. The post also mentions Pure Fun Candy Canes. Pure Fun uses a peppermint flavor which contains corn alcohol. So use caution with Pure Fun products.

There is no corn in Pure Fun products and certainly no corn alcohol.

Anonymous - I might take you seriously if I had a way to contact you. The statement of corn alcohol was in the flavoring, which is a common issue with added flavorings.
