Rudi's products do contain corn. A post on Delphi lists the ingredients of Rudi's Country Morning White Bread. The natural enzymes do contain a small amount of corn.
Rudi's Wheat Bread is testimonied to have more corn in it.
Their ascorbic acid is not derived from corn, however another corn derivative is used to stabilize the ascorbic acid in the bread.
