This company response from Ener-G was posted back in 7/2011. There is a risk of all their flours/starches from having corn contamination. For those sensitive to corn contamination, these products should be avoided.
"We do run 1 product on our mix line that contains Corn. It is a corn mix. However we are HCCAP certified and follow the strict guidelines of thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing after each product is run. Saying that however since the Corn Mix is a flour and flour is very hard to get off of every surface we can not guarantee our products to be 100% Corn Free. We do try to the best of our ability to get every nook and cranny cleaned and sanitized.
We can guarantee that we are 100% Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free and Soy Free."
