"Thank you for contacting Tropical Traditions! Our livestock are processed at several different facilities. Our Chicken, Turkey, and most of the Lamb is sprayed with water only. We use two different processors for our Lamb so they don't have to travel far from the farm to the processor. The Beef and some of our Lamb is sprayed with lactic acid that is not certified organic. The Bison is sprayed with 50/50 white vinegar and water. The vinegar used on the bison is not certified organic. None of the meat is treated with citric acid or salt. Soaker pads are only used on a few cuts of Lamb as protection to keep bone projections from breaking through the packaging. They are not used in any packaging of our meat for the purpose of absorbing blood. Most of our meat is packaged in standard industry vacuum sealed plastic packaging. A few of the bone-in cuts like Beef Shanks are wrapped in a different type of plastic (thin film) and butcher's paper since the bones would break through a vacuum-sealed package. Since the type of packaging used is the same industry standard type packaging, it is most likely not bio-plastic."
As such, it looks like their chicken and turkey should be corn-free. It's possible you may be able to get some safe lamb, but it may be risky as this email didn't specify how to order the safe lamb.
The beef and bison should be considered corny, as well as any lamb meats that use soaker pads.
The vaccum-sealed packaging may or may not have corn starch on it. This would need to be double checked.
